With
Hazel Young at Matara
|
|
Dance into bliss. Come to two special evenings of circle dancing at the beautiful Matara Centre, Kingscote between Nailsworth and Wotton-Under-Edge. With exquisite music, from different world cultures and sacred traditions, we'll dance moving mandalas, to find our own stillness and peace within. |

Matara is a rural centre
that has been created as a haven of inspiration and tranquility. Matara
is a place where people can come to reconnect with themselves, each other
and their place in nature. Here, in the unspoiled Cotswold countryside,
people can enjoy peace and grow in awareness. Come here for a memorable and
deeply enjoyable experience.

At Matara, the aim is to provide an uplifting oasis of beauty and calm. Set in 28 acres of grounds in upspoiled Cotswold countryside near Tetbury, the new Centre blends ancient and modern, East and West. The fusion of Eastern and Western ideas that you see in the architecture, interiors and landscaping is inspired by Eastern meditative qualities as well as the rational approach of the West. The Shinto-influenced meditative woodland garden invites exploration. Matara is smoke-free, and mobile phone-free!! For more information about Matara, visit the website www.matara.co.uk |

How to get to Matara Matara is just off the A4135. Coming from Wotton and Dursley the turning is to the left opposite the Hunters Hall Inn, signposted Kingscote, and Matara is then first right. Coming from Tetbury the turning is to the right opposite the Hunters Hall Inn. |
