Come Circle Dancing to celebrate
a joyful Christmas this year,
a time to reconnect with old friends and make new ones.
We will link hands and
hearts, dancing together to bring
the message of the season to life and to
honour the stillpoint of mid-winter.
We offer a residential
event at a comfortable venue, with plenty
of dancing and an opportunity to sing and make music. There will
be time for fun and sharing and also space for solitude and walks.
Some experience of circle dance will be required.
The Venue
The Wedgwood Memorial College
is situated in the village of
Barlaston in the Staffordshire countryside. It comprises two large,
warm Edwardian houses set in lovely grounds. There are single
and twin rooms and baths as well as showers.
Christmas dinner will be a culinary
delight, prepared by Adrian and a
special band of Santa's elves! Other meals will be coordinated
by a confident cook and prepared by the group with
everyone bringing food to share.

| Cindy has been teaching Sacred Circle Dance for 10years. Renowned for her enthusiasm and energy, she brings a sense of joy to the dance, and more recently her choreographies have been gaining considerable popularity. She combines a clear teaching style with an ability to create a more reflective atmosphere in which she enables groups to explore the spiritual aspects of the dance. | Hazel has been teaching Sacred Circle Dance for 12 years. She has a great passion for folk dance (particularly Greek dance) together with a love of more meditative and contemporary circle dances. She is endlessly inspired by music, has an international reputation as a choreographer and is also a versatile musician. Her dance events always explore the full and rich diversity of the circle dance repertoire. |

| Cost: | £215 - if booked before
1st November 2004. £255 - if booked after 1st November 2004. |
| Deposit: | Please send a £50 deposit which is non-returnable. |
