You can do this : we are all dancers.
Our Dance is both relaxing and energising, bringing mind, body and
spirit together into balance, so that dancers feel present in the now, and with a healing sense of oneness.
Beyond the steps is the experience of dancing together as a group in an inclusive form for dancing in which all participants are equal. All are welcome here, where it is safe to relax and explore the
joys of movement to wonderful music.
All the dance steps are taught beforehand. You don’t need a partner. Wear soft shoes (no heels) and comfy clothes.
Even if you didn’t think of yourself as a dancer until now, come to relax, be sociable and have fun.
